Work your core muscles to be faster and injury free

Hi stairmasters,

It was a long time since you got some news...
I would like to suggest some cross-training exercises that are supposed to help us to have a nice running posture: http://www.runnersworld.com/article/0,7120,s6-238-263--13030-3-1X2X3X4-5,00.html

If you do these routine exercices 3 to 4 times a week, I ensure you that you will (almost) get the same abs as Lolo Jones....

Tip of the week

Hi buddies,

It will also help to climb the stairs!

This saturday it would really be challenging with the siberian cold...

8 stairs!

Hi extreme stairsmasters and Co,

Last Saturday we had 8 stairs to complete and we did them! Despite the cold (around - 20C), we were 6 braves fighting the elements and the Mount Royal stairs. We kept encouraging ourself by thinking at the ultimate goal: the traditionnal hot chocolate! What a deception when we realized that our favourite place was closed... but lucky as we were, we found a new place that enabled us to test a new hot chocolate recipe. And as usual we had a really good time!
