Tip of the week

It will also help to climb the stairs!

A beautiful Sunday afternoon

After the 8 stairs, we decided to relax on Sunday afternoon ;=) and some of us went for cross-country skiing. And even if we are not yet professionnal cross-country skiers we had such a good time!

Hi extreme stairsmasters and Co,

Last Saturday we had 8 stairs to complete and we did them! Despite the cold (around - 20C), we were 6 braves fighting the elements and the Mount Royal stairs. We kept encouraging ourself by thinking at the ultimate goal: the traditionnal hot chocolate! What a deception when we realized that our favourite place was closed... but lucky as we were, we found a new place that enabled us to test a new hot chocolate recipe. And as usual we had a really good time!
